Q: What is the best diet for me?

 A: There is no best diet. Every person is different. The best way to start a diet is to eat SMALL meals 5 to 6 time per day. Stop any and all Alcohol consumption as well as sugar intake and be sure to Exercise.

Q: What is the best/safest way to loss weight?

A: A combination of weight training and aerobics 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 60 min. per session combined with the above mentioned diet starter will get you on your way. Always remember to adjust your diet and Exercise programs to fit your goals.

Q: What is the deal with the no Carbohydrates diets?

A: This is an easy one. The human body needs 40 to 60 grams of carbohydrates daily for the brain to function properly. I tell all my clients that if you want to use a low carbohydrate diet that is fine but not a no carbohydrate diet. It is best to eat your carbohydrates for breakfast and before lunch not after. Also try eating good Carbohydrates like fruits and raw vegetables.

Q: How many grams of protein and Carbohydrates should I have in one day.

 A: That would depend on the person and there goals.

Q: How soon should I expect results from exercising?

A: That would also depend on the person. The best answer I can give is that it did not take you 6 months to get where you are now so Don’t get discouraged and Keep working hard. The proper diet and exercise program will get results always.
